Patrons will be advised via VU email or text (if opted in via My Library to receive library notices via SMS) when your hold is ready to be picked up.  

You can also login into your VU students and staff  or External Borrower library record and the item will show ready for pick.

Note: you have 5 working days to collect your hold before your hold is cancelled or transfer to another patron.
