Updating your PIN is easy - when logged in to My Library, simply click on 'Modify your PIN', enter a new PIN and click submit. You can also ask the staff at any of our library service desk to reset your PIN for you.  You will need to confirm your identity by producing your VU Staff or Student card, or proof of name and address, in order for library staff to access your patron record.
