The decision to discontinue the BONUS+ service in 2019 was made at the senior management level due to rising costs and a significant fall in demand for the service. VU staff and postgraduate students continue to get access to the same resources via the Library’s Document Delivery Service.
- As a postgraduate student this is absolutely devastating. You have just closed off access to every university library in Australia except for those in inner Melbourne. I have borrowed books from all over Australia in my time at Vic Uni. Such an incredibly short-sighted decision if you want to attract future research students.
