When accessing Readings/eReserve in VU Collaborate via the VU App on an iOS device (e.g. Apple iPad, iPod touch, iPhone) you may receive the following error: 'Your browser cookie settings are preventing the display of readings'.

While the issue is being addressed, it is suggest that students access VU Collaborate to access Readings (eReserve) through their iOS device browser rather than via the VU App. To access through your iOS Device, please ensure your browser cookies are enabled using the following steps:

Enabling cookies in Safari for iOS (iPhone/iPad/iPod touch)

  1. From your home screen, go to Settings 
  2. Select Safari
  3. Scroll and find Privacy & Security
  4. Turn off "Block All Cookies" - Please see screen shot below
