A library personal identification number (PIN) is used for External and Reciprocal Borrowers (E.g. CAVAL, ULANZ) and Article Reach only via My Library(external link).

Updating your PIN is easy - when logged in to My Library, simply click on 'Modify your PIN', enter a new PIN and click submit.

You can also reset your PIN via the Victoria University My Library webpage. Click on the Library PIN link at the top right of the screen, then click on Forgot your PIN? and follow the prompts.
